Lockdown Love FREE Morning Meditation  are open to all members of the Ottawa community 7am M-F April 12, 2021 to April 30, 2021

Since the Wednesday April 7, 2021 Stay-At-Home order we have  noticed a lot of people going into stress reactivity responses of fight, flight, freeze or fawn. To stay well in the midst of challenge it is important to regulate your nervous system.  We are stronger when we practice acceptance, mindfulness and compassion for ourselves and others in the context of safe connection and community.

To support you during this lockdown our trained mindfulness meditation and mindful self compassion professionals are offering FREE live online morning meditations from 7am to 745am EST Monday to Friday.

These meditations are not psychotherapy, psychological service and do not constitute a therapeutic relationship. If you need more support or psychological interventions, please call our office at 613-656-3331.
