Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is an evidence based intervention designed at CAMH specifically for the prevention of relapse for those who have experienced multiple episodes of depression. It is ideal for those not currently in a depressive episode who wish to build resilience and maintain their long term recovery and wellbeing.  Sarah Housser is an experienced clinician who has taught MBCT in Toronto through the Toronto Mindfulness Clinic and who grounds her teaching in a committed personal meditation practice of her own.  Sarah will be offering guided MBCT in an 8 week group format on Sundays at Ottawa River Psychology Group. Reach out now as there are only a couple days left to register! Call 613-656-3331 or email info@ottawariverpsychology.com
