Thursday May 23, 2019

Adam Kingsbury was a doctoral student with Dr. Sogge in a Third Wave Psychology oriented clinical supervision group in the University of Ottawa’s Ph.D. program in Clinical Psychology. From beginning with volunteer psychological skills training with the Nakkertok Ski Club’s competitive ski racers, to being an Olympic coach helping high performance athletes to glory, Adam has explored applications of Third Wave Psychology to optimization of performance in golfers, curlers, and athletes from a range of sports.  Here is our June 2019 Third Wave Grand Rounds at Ottawa River Psychology Group with Adam’s reflections on  Third Wave Psychology and High Performance Sport
