Monthly Meditation Sitting Group for Parents Guided by Sarah Housser MA RP

We offer monthly Sunday morning meditations for parents, led by an experienced mindfulness group leader and meditator. Beginners and experienced meditators welcome. If you are interested in developing and nurturing mindfulness and/or buddhist principles in order to support your important and hard work as a parent, please join us!
The format will include a guided meditation, a talk on a topic related to  mindfulness and/or buddhism and parenting and a discussion over tea. The event will occur in the Wild Blue Mindfulness Studio in the lower level of the Ottawa River Psychology Group at 44 Hawthorne Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario.
If you can, please register in advance. But if you wake up with the will to meditate with others, just come, we’ll make room for you.

Cost is a nominal fee of $20 plus online fees – email Sarah at sarah@ottawariverpsychology.com if this is a barrier as no one will be excluded.
