FREE ON-LINE WEBINAR: Personal fitness training with Health at Every Size® approach : Embracing intuitive movement with Katie Peters, BSc, MSc Biology
This talk will address the application of a Health at Every Size® approach in personal fitness training. The HAES® approach ensures a training environment that is free of the weight-stigma and shame-based tactics that are often encountered in fitness settings. This talk will examine how personal training from the HAES perspective fosters a renewed, healthy relationship with exercise through intuitive movement, and creates a sustainable movement practice based on self-care and kindness.
