NOTE: A diagnosis of ADHD by a regulated health professional qualified to make a diagnosis is required to take part in this group. You must be 18 years of age or older.
This 12-week evidence-based program developed by Dr. Mary Solanto uses cognitive-behavioural interventions to target time management, organization, and planning.
By the end of this 12-week program, you will learn skills for:
Thursdays from 6:00-8:00PM for 11 weeks beginning September 12-November 21. Booster session (week 12) on December 12, 2019
Total: $1195 due 2 weeks prior to start date = August 29 2019.
Early Bird: $995 if register and pay in full by July 31, 2019.

About Group Instructor:
Kathryn Palmer M.Ed., RP, CCC is a Registered Psychotherapist and a clinical associate at the Ottawa River Psychology Group. She is the chair-elect on the board of directors of the Ontario Chapter of ACBS. She works primarily with individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship issues. Her intention in her clinical practice is to help her clients find more effective and flexible ways of relating to their struggles so that they can reconnect with the kind of life they find most meaningful. She has extensive experience working with university students as well as providing coaching and psychotherapy to adults with ADHD. She is committed to offering a variety services to adults with ADHD in the Ottawa community.

An invoice will be provided upon completion for this group activity under the clinician’s name and license number. All psychotherapists in this clinic are under the direct supervision of Kimberly Sogge Ph.D., C.Psych. Clinical Psychologist of Ottawa River Psychology Group. This will also be stated on the invoice.

We recommend that you contact your insurance provider to confirm what health professions your plan covers (e.g. Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Naturopath), and that this coverage includes the types of therapies in question (i.e. a group program or course) Sometimes there are restrictions on the particular services covered by a given health profession.
