Winter 2019 CBT Group for Adults with ADHD

Some of the most common struggles for adults with ADHD relate to time management, organization, and planning.
This 12-week evidence-based program developed by Dr. Mary Solanto uses cognitive-behavioural interventions to target these areas of executive functioning.
This group is appropriate for individuals either on or off stimulant medication, and may be a beneficial treatment for those who have not been responsive to stimulant medication for ADHD in the past.
A prior formal diagnosis of ADHD is required.

By the end of this 12-week program, you will learn skills for:
  • Creating schedules
  • Using a planner
  • Breaking down and prioritizing tasks
  • Overcoming emotional obstacles to your goals
  • Sustaining motivation
  • Creating and maintaining an organizational system
  • Completing projects in their entirety
